Great website to learn.

Great contents on the platform for everyone from beginner to advance level IT and they keep adding more "relevant"courses which is of great value. Anyone that wants to get into It and has no clue about IT stuff should check them out. You might just be saving some extra bucks.


Cybrary is just an amazing platform

Cybrary is just an amazing platform. Literally thousands of hours of quality content. You can find a course or a lab for just about everything, and they are constantly releasing new material. They also have highly responsive customer service. It's been worth every penny.


Cybrary Insider Pro

My experience with Cybrary has been wonderful! The amount of education and motivation provided is amazing, and it's great to be in community with other cybersecurity students who are either new to I.T. or have been in the field for a while. Happy to be a Cybrarian, and to be on this cybersecurity journey!


Cybrary learning materials

The learning materials at Cybrary website are comparable to what a student will encounter at a real workplace environment. My determination to finish the course is increasing after every lecture.


Sometimes

Sometimes, lab access is not appropriate. Some missing information was there.


Beware - Auto renewals & no customer service

Signed up for 1 year access which without any notification at the time of sign up enabled auto renewal. Auto renewal then took place without any warning or prior notification to the subscription ending and auto renewal. Contacted Cybrary via multiple email addresses in the same day of subscription expiry/renewal to request cancellation and refund. No response from Cybrary. Followed up multiple times with still no response.

If this is the level of customer service you can expect them I can only recommend that you stay clear of Cybrary. I've had previous experience with competitors like Pluralsight and their customer service responsiveness is fantastic and provide multiple courtesy emails advising that your subscription is ending and renewal will take place (if enabled). This should be standard for any company with auto renewals in place.

Very disappointed.

Invoice problem (now) solved

edit: the problem below was promptly resolved.

The platform itself is good in term of contents.
I am very disappointed about the customer service.
I received a wrong invoice and I cant be refunded by my company.
I wrote two emails to correct it with no answer from the customer service...

Good starting ground.

I lot of classes are really good, but I have noticed a lot of the test have information and questions that were never covered. A good example of this is the comp A+ course... Yes, it is for basic stuff, but the cert test (practice test) questions were almost never covered. I fell like that is a huge miss in Cybrary part. I am currently going through the network + course and that seem to be much more in depth.

Wont let me log in. Doesnt even allow new accounts.

Honestly I dont know what their problem is. I have been studying on this platform for years. Why cant they just have brain one to recognise my password and login details when they are given it every time I enter like how it always was in the past. Now if I want to access any of the particular IT videos that I was looking at on their site I have to rely on that crock of seething that is youtube. They give me an option to reset my password. I click yes. What does work out as dont get me started. After so many attempts at asking for the particular necessary email to the blooming password option doesnt even arrive so much as ever and in that case just what in the heck all in all was any of the whole process for to begin with inherently and in general.

Customer service is joke

I never sign up for their service, yet somehow I got a charge for it. Contact their customer service, since I'm over the trial period; there is nothing they can do at their end. They suggest I change my username & password so it won't happen again. It's not like I sign up for monthly that would be so easy. I happen to sign up for a year's worth of their supposed program without knowing about it. Recommend for those who consider learning Cybersecurity don't enroll here. It is not the program that I'm worried about, the service & attitude of the people is what discourages here

Cybrary just renewed my subscription of…

Cybrary just renewed my subscription of $270 without any heads-up. Very bad and deceitful practice. Even Hbomax sends you an email a week in advance letting you know that you will get charged again. This should be illegal.

When I called their phone number listed with my credit card account, it was answered by some random guy who gave me the correct number. There was no way to talk to anyone. Even though the platform is good, without customer service, it's crap. I will stop directing my students to this platform.
